ROYCO 81MS Properties
ROYCO 81MS is a high-temperature, semi-fluid lubricant made with microfine molybdenum disulfide and a thermally stable polysiloxane-based synthetic oil. This gray-black lubricant can be applied with a paintbrush, squirt can, or pressure applicator. The microfine “Moly” particles adhere to and penetrate metal surfaces, ensuring lubrication and antiseize protection even if the oil component is depleted.
ROYCO® 81MS Applications
ROYCO 81MS is intended for use on slow-speed sliding metal-on-metal surfaces operating at temperatures up to 750°F. It can also serve as an antiseize compound for threaded components exposed to temperatures as high as 1400°F.
