SYNTHETIC GREASE FOR HIGH AND LOW TEMPERATURE MOLYBDENUM DISULFIDE, LITHIUM BASE
ROYCO 64 is a grease thickened with lithium-12 hydroxy stearate and formulated with microfine molybdenum disulfide and a thermally stable ester-based synthetic oil.
Modern additives ensure high load-carrying capacity, rust and oxidation protection, extreme pressure (EP) performance, and shear stability. The microfine “Moly” particles adhere to and penetrate metal surfaces, offering lubrication and antiseize protection even if the oil component is depleted or if mechanical dispersion leads to insufficient lubrication.
ROYCO® 64 Applications
ROYCO 64 is crafted for use on sliding steel-on-steel surfaces and low-to-moderate speed antifriction bearings with high unit loads. It performs exceptionally well in extreme temperature ranges, from -100°F up to 275°F.

ROYCO® 64 Compatibility
ROYCO 64 should not be used in high-speed antifriction bearings without prior assessment. Its molybdenum disulfide and highly penetrating synthetic base oil can be challenging to remove from surfaces. Moreover, the synthetic oil may soften natural rubber, neoprene, and some paints.
