ROYCO 481 Properties
ROYCO 481 is a mineral oil-based lubricant enriched with modern additives to offer oxidation and corrosion protection, along with a high viscosity index that ensures optimal fluidity at both low and high temperatures.
It is approved as a P-10 preservative under MIL-SPEC: MIL-STD-2073-1C, suitable for use in gas turbine engines and fuel systems.
ROYCO® 481 Applications
ROYCO 481 is suitable for lubricating gas turbine engine components and for flushing and preserving aircraft fuel systems and their components. Its high viscosity index allows it to function effectively across a broad temperature range in high-speed turbines and gas turbine engines. Additionally, ROYCO 481 can serve as the primary lubricant in many aircraft turbine engines that utilize mineral-based lubricants.
